Pelvic Release is not a replacement for regular care provided by a general practitioner or specialist, but rather supplementary. If you have any complaints, first check with your regular healthcare provider whether the support is available to meet your needs. If your needs exceed my qualifications, I will recommend other support options.
Before the first session, we will have a preliminary consultation (by phone) during which I will explain what a session might entail and you can express your needs.
Instead of a preliminary consultation, you can also book an introductory session. During this session, you will experience my touch while remaining fully clothed and practice asking for the specific type and placement of touch you desire. You will also learn how a pelvic release session is conducted.
Contraindications include cancer, rheumatoid arthritis in acute or inflammatory stages, serious physical problems, and pregnancy (with the exception of the last three weeks).
